The mission of accompanying connects with the essence of the human being, since every person is called to accompany and to be accompanied.

The methodology of the accompaniment is experiential, therefore it is necessary that each participant in the program is disposed towards this formative experience in a personal key, not only as a spectator but also as a protagonist.

Mentoring

Mentoring constitutes a specific training activity in the practice of integral accompaniment. It is a learning space centered on the person and his or her development process, with the gradualness required by each student, and takes the form of individual and group mentoring.

To this end, a mentor is assigned to accompany each student throughout the program, working on the impact of the knowledge received and their learning on their personal-professional growth.

Practices

Accompaniment is in itself a transversal practice related to different professions, disciplines and life contexts.

During the course of the program, different practices will be carried out for the development of skills and competencies specific to accompaniment. These practices take place mainly in the classroom and in mentoring and are supervised by a team of mentors and trainers of the program.
