Transform education from virtues and learn how to integrate values into the educational process to deeply impact your students.

You will live and practice these virtues, making them an essential part of your pedagogical approach.

What it prepares you for

Over a two-year journey, we will follow a path marked by different milestones where, through stories, readings, discussions, educational practices, and community experiences, the excellence of the teacher will be cultivated.

The goal is to:

  • Transform the teacher to reach excellence in their educational practice through the use of great narratives.
  • Develop the teacher’s reflection to foster the comprehensive growth of the student at each stage of development, identifying the steps they need to take and how they can support them through meaningful rituals.
  • Address the pedagogy of virtues and its importance in the current educational context, providing the teacher with a holistic view of the student within their family, social, and personal environment.
  • Cultivate the teacher’s ability to imagine new ways of teaching and provide practical tools to implement virtue-based education effectively.

Teachers will learn to:

  • Through their love of reading, better understand the challenges of their students.
  • Connect with them through educational practices and their authority.
  • Stablish a colaboration with th eparents to unite the academic practices. Through the read of stories and deep questions, inspire students to explore important topics
  • Guide the personal growth of each student within shared rituals.
  • Demonstrate the benefits of the common good, fostering leadership in students.
