What it prepares you for
Over a two-year journey, we will follow a path marked by different milestones where, through stories, readings, discussions, educational practices, and community experiences, the excellence of the teacher will be cultivated.
The goal is to:
- Transform the teacher to reach excellence in their educational practice through the use of great narratives.
- Develop the teacher’s reflection to foster the comprehensive growth of the student at each stage of development, identifying the steps they need to take and how they can support them through meaningful rituals.
- Address the pedagogy of virtues and its importance in the current educational context, providing the teacher with a holistic view of the student within their family, social, and personal environment.
- Cultivate the teacher’s ability to imagine new ways of teaching and provide practical tools to implement virtue-based education effectively.
Teachers will learn to:
- Through their love of reading, better understand the challenges of their students.
- Connect with them through educational practices and their authority.
- Stablish a colaboration with th eparents to unite the academic practices. Through the read of stories and deep questions, inspire students to explore important topics
- Guide the personal growth of each student within shared rituals.
- Demonstrate the benefits of the common good, fostering leadership in students.
- Work on the development of both intellectual and moral virtues.

Fill in the form to receive your request. When we receive your data we will proceed to register you in the Candidate Portal and you will have access to your personal area where you will have to attach the documents corresponding to your process.
Once the admissions committee has evaluated your application, we will send you the resolution by e-mail. In case of a positive resolution, you will have 15 calendar days to reserve your place through the Candidate Portal (see table of fees).
In parallel to your admission you will be able to apply for the scholarship that fits your profile. You can see our scholarships by clicking on the button below.
Once the self-enrollment period is open, you will receive instructions from the Master’s Coordination to do it in the University Portal. To do so, you must have provided all the necessary documentation for your admission.
