Expert Course in Catholic Theology and Its Pedagogy for obtaining the DECA
Obtain the Ecclesiastical Declaration of Academic Competence (DECA) with the Catholic Theology and its Pedagogy program, in collaboration with the Spanish Episcopal Conference.
What it prepares you for
You will be able to teach Catholic Religion in educational centers for Early Childhood, Primary, and Secondary Education. Through solid theological training and an appropriate pedagogical methodology, you will acquire the knowledge and skills necessary to convey the values and principles of Christianity in the educational field, promoting interreligious dialogue and the integration of faith in teaching.
It will allow you to be:
- Catholic Religion Teacher in Early Childhood, Primary, and Secondary Education (public, charter, and private schools).
- Trainer in Christian values and ethics in schools and educational institutions.
- Pedagogical advisor in religious education within educational and diocesan institutions.
- Collaborator in educational pastoral care and catechesis in parishes and religious communities.
- Teacher in theological and catechetical training institutions.

EARLY CHILDHOOD EDUCATION OR PRIMARY EDUCATION
(or an equivalent diploma)
