  • Family Mediation, and Parenting Coordination in managing family transitions associated with separation and divorce;
  • Intergenerational relations: helping in the evolution of systems between parents and minor children, between the elderly and their adult children’s filial responsibilities;
  • Mediation in context of authority: child protection, school, penal, trans border;
  • Estate Mediation: managing parental inheritance decisions and the preservation of fraternal relationships;
  • Long distance training and use of audiovisual support in practice, training and supervision.

  • Retired, January 2013, from the Centre jeunesse de Montréal, Institut universitaire:
  • From April 1984 to January 2013: Accredited family mediator, Family Mediation Service, Montréal Superior Court;
  • Practice of local and international family mediation, supervision of interns, and trainer in mediation adapted to child protection.
  • From May 1976 to 1984: Family intervention in Child protection;
  • Lecturer, consultant and trainer on mediation in many institutions in numerous countries.

  • Bachelor in History and Psychology; Studies at Master level in Psychology and Social Work.
  • Clinical training in Systemic Family Therapy, Mediation and Solution Oriented Intervention.

  • Cofonder of the Institut de médiation de Montréal and the Institut Consensus pour la famille en transition;
  • Membre fondateur du Forum mondial de médiation;
  • Membre de l’Association internationale francophone des intervenants auprès des familles séparées (AIFI) et de l’Association of Family and Conciliation Courts (AFCC).
